Scent of a Golden Age

The design team began with the imagery of the "good old days" and took cues from the Showa era to build a flagship store that is worthy of its brand. This renovation of a sixty-year-old two-story shophouse into a modern coffee shop in the Chihkan District of Tainan. The steel frame and iron cladding of the old house are transformed into a place with a refined essence of time. The reinterpretation of an old Japanese house through new imagination. The traces of begone days and the smell of coffee together makes the space into a warm one.

Zhangtai Haitang Bay

The Haitang Bay project of Zhangtai Group is located in Beihai, Guangxi. In the design of this case, the 31 Design team follows the concept of merging design elements into the surrounding. Except for a combination of architectural structures and beautiful sea views, the design team profoundly redefines the concept of a real estate sales center and reshapes the business culture. The interior design gets rid of the conventional impression of sales center with no more stereotypical commercial features. A vivid, situational and artistic scene is created to bring space, nature and people closer.

Hanhua Tianmashan Hotspring Resort

Drawing inspirations and imaginations from nature and local customs, Romantic Bluemoon has created a space which integrates profound culture and boundless art with modern design skills in the project. The designer has skillfully chosen black, red and cyan to arrange the screens, flowers, porcelain, art sculpture and silverware, and techniques like fabric weaving, rattan weaving and wood engraving are employed to outline an elegant cultural space.

Cofco Shenyang Longyue Xiangyun

The story uses light and shadow as the medium to interact, forming an interesting dialogue. The birds in the mountains can also perceive the direction of homing in the lighted lights, and return to the warm and loving urban forest. The visual perception and meaning create an immersive space. Sense of experience. There is an internal connection between human emotion and nature, which refers to the station that nature blends into human feelings, or human feeling blends into nature.

Eco Smart City

The Eco Smart City Sales Centre design is inspired by the patterns of ancient grand mansions. Stepping into the door the spatial dimensions is divided and differentiated the visions and functions by imitating the three-courtyard system. The designer uses Peach Blossom Spring as theme to deepen the high quality of the space and create a modern building the space of profound cultural heritag. Besides, the furniture is made of wood with natural marble tabletop, free of formaldehyde, thus environmental friendly for health.

Da Ya Li

The core visual focus of the space is the red tree house. This super-symbol image can form a memory point for a brand, and create better spreading effect, so that the local has a new understanding of Beijing cuisine. The red color is a symbol of solemn Chinese royal architecture, and it is also the typical sign of peppery taste in Sichuan cuisine. This color is presented in this project with a visually striking image, which evokes taste memory and recalls national culture at the same time.
