With the change of market demand, composite commercial body has become a new direction for designers to explore. As a sales center with the theme of parent-child activities, the designer tries to present the sales space from the perspective of children. The project considers the needs of adults and children in a balanced way, and tries to create an activity space that allows children to fully experience exploration and parents to rest assured.
Continue readingReversing the function-oriented design of sales office and the old impression of the site, the designer set up a suspended roof with simple design and color matching coupling with Chinese garden landscaping method, further created a fantasy of settling. The hall bringing in greenery with bright windows as well extracting local culture, giving an experience of nature and transcending substance. The overall design retained traditional oriental aesthetics and also brought fresh thinking in line with the times.

This project draws on the different functional requirements of the client in the space and takes the overlapping mountains as the source of inspiration. The interface between the various functions will be weakened and organically combined to create a modern, humanistic and exquisite office social space.
Continue readingThe project is located in Lixia District of Jinan, Shandong Province, surrounded by cultural, educational and creative commercial resources. The project covers multiple comprehensive shared spaces, distributed on different floors with the atrium as the core, combining a comprehensive building space with multiple venues into one. Since the ancient times, there are many famous mountains and rivers in Jinan. We apply Jinan's landscape to the design of the venues to make them more characteristic.

As one of the eight venues of the cultural and archives center, the library occupies the 2nd to 4th floors on the southwest side of the center. As a very iconic urban cultural building, designer hope to create a center that gathers local residents. The library provides a place for residents to develop a good reading habit, and facilitates them to carry out various social, cultural, entertainment, and sports activities, and builds sharing community.
Continue readingThe old chimney of the winery, which has been completely preserved, towering into the clouds, has become a cultural symbol witnessing the change of the city and the development of industrial civilization; Here, the former distillery boiler room has changed into a time mailbox. Every handwritten letter and postcard has completed the longest warm confession in the most simple way of communication; here, the courtyard walls and roof space are preserved and restored one by one. Every flower, grass and brick are carefully selected to blend with the original environment.
