Pipa

The pipa apartment is an interior design with a contemporary and welcoming character. This characteristic is possible through the choice of materials, which stand out individually and at the same time are part of the whole. The design of the apartment is in complete synergy and lightness. The spaces are fully utilized, forming integrated and wide environments. Wood as the main element joins the spaces, giving comfort and highlighting elements of the project. The pieces of furniture and the occasional use of colors, carefully chosen for each space, add the contemporary and minimalist character.

Art Farm

The mission to design the guesthouse is in a way that bring the guests an immersive experience of art. The concept of this guesthouse is by using brass element and abstract geometric shapes to create a new Art Deco style guesthouse and integrate with Jiangnan elements, walls in dark blue, furniture and sofas in red and orange,curtains with brass colour at the bottom part in order to present a combination of Chinese and Western luxury taste space.

Poly Central Residence

The interior design is in simple and elegant modern style. The designer has interlaced the concrete blocks to imitate the coastal rocks, which interpret the traces of time and tide, and present a pure visual effect. The blocks are combined flexibly and match perfectly with the space design. Different colors like gray, white and green jump out of the space, enriching the monotonous visual impression.

The German engineering company Puls moved to new premises and used this opportunity for visualizing and stimulating a new collaboration culture within the company. The new office design is driving a cultural change, with teams reporting a significant increase in internal communication, particularly between research and development and other departments. The company has also seen a rise in spontaneous informal meetings, known to be one of the key indicators of success in research and development innovation.

HB Reavis London

Designed according to the IWBI‘s WELL Building Standard, the headquarters of HB Reavis UK is aimed at promoting a project-based work, which encourages the break down of departmental silos and makes working across different teams simpler and more accessible. Following the WELL Building Standard, the workplace design is also aimed to address the health issues associated with modern offices, such as lack of mobility, bad lighting, poor air quality, limited food choices, and stress.
